Vector Phase 2 maintenance expected completion gas day 19

The Vector Phase 2 Rover preparation maintenance is expected to be completed on time, and firm transportation obligations are anticipated be able to again be fully met starting gas day 19. The Phase 2 maintenance for the work necessary to enhance the Union Dawn interconnect in preparation for Rover began May 9, partially bringing back flows that had been cut for Phase 1 of the maintenance, but still restricted about 15% of normal firm capacity through the St. Clair interconnect. Flows through St. Clair have averaged 807 MMcf/d since May 9, still roughly 374 MMcf/d short of the April average prior to the maintenance events and about 100 MMcf/d below May 2016 average. So far, nominations for gas day 19 are relatively flat to where they have been the last week at St.Clair, but Midwest exports into Canada could pick up again as increased nominations become available through the interconnect.
